Introducing the 2025 Porsche Taycan
The expanded 2025 Porsche Taycan lineup features cars with better charging performance, sharper designs, and more range.

This electric sports car was built so you can drive confidently and comfortably at top speeds while always being charged up on the go.
The 2025 Porsche Taycan
The base trim of the Taycan powers up to 402 hp and has a maximum torque with launch control of 302 lb-ft. You can also expect top track speeds of 143 mph with summer tires, a quarter mile of 13 seconds with launch control, and a 4.5-second acceleration from 0 to 60 mph. Standard equipment in this rear-wheel drive also includes the aerodynamic 19-inch alloy wheels with a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
Every Taycan comes standard with the Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) system that controls the damping forces of different driving modes and terrains for a more comfortable ride. For example, there are sensors monitoring variables such as acceleration, steering input, and road conditions to allow automatic adjustment of the suspension settings for better ride quality and appropriate handling.
Eco-Friendly and Easy Charging
The Taycan has a gross battery capacity of 89 kWh and an EPA-estimated driving range of 274 miles. Using the performance battery plus, the driving range is 318 miles. You can also expect charging times from 10 to 80% of only 18 minutes with direct current (DC) and maximum charging power.
All Taycan models can be conveniently charged at home or on the road with the wide-ranging infrastructure available from Porsche. You can also use the Porsche Connect or My Porsche app to easily plan your charging stops on your journey.
Interior Comforts and Assistance
Driving the Taycan is comfortable with the standard 8-way, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, and ambient lighting with the choice of seven-colored light schemes. You also have power folding exterior mirrors that are heated, electrically folding, and adjustable. All passengers will enjoy the 2-zone automatic climate control system, pollen filters with active filters, and the Sound Package Plus featuring 10 speakers and a total output of 150 watts.
Standard equipment also includes a smartphone compartment with wireless charging and the following assistance systems:
• ParkAssist with reversing cameras
• Lane keep assist (LKA)
• Lane change assist
• Traffic sign recognition
• Active speed limiter
• Warn and brake assist
Multiple Body Designs
All Taycan’s have a low-to-the-ground sporty design with unique proportions, a Matrix Design LED headlight, and a taillight strip with the Porsche logo in a glass look. There are three body styles, with the Taycan base trim being a stylish sedan-style and the Cross Turismo a wagon-style body that is better for off-roading. The Sport Turismo body is wagon-style but with a lower ride height and is more road-focused.
