With a range of body styles and limited-edition model options, the 2025 Porsche 911 delivers powerful performance for an exhilarating drive.

4 Impressive Aspects of the 2025 Porsche 911

1. Extended Model Lineup

The 911 series features 20 trim options, including the coupe or cabriolet body styles. New to the 2025 lineup are the Carrera S, Carrera T, Carrera S Cabriolet, Carrera T Cabriolet, GT3, and GT3 with touring package. You’ll also find limited edition models such as the Turbo 50 Years and the S/T.

The Turbo 50 Years model celebrates 50 years of the 911 production and features a classic charm with the new Turbonite color. This model also has an optional Heritage Design package that includes the historic Porsche crest and sport-classic wheels.

2. Head-Turning Performance

The base Carrera model comes standard with rear-wheel drive and a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged boxer 6 engine delivering up to 388 horsepower, 331 lb-ft of torque, and 183 mph track speeds. Performance is also optimized with a lower center of gravity due to the engine positioned in the vehicle’s rear end.

For even more power and speed, opt for the Turbo models. For example, the Turbo S is equipped with all-wheel drive and a 3,745 cc twin-turbocharged boxer 6 engine delivering up to 640 horsepower, 590 lb-ft of torque, and 205 mph track speeds. It also comes standard with the Sport Chrono package for a 2.6-second acceleration from 0-60 mph and a 10.5-second quarter mile time.

3. Agile Handling

Standard equipment in all models includes the 8-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung transmission that allows extremely fast gear changes without power flow interruptions. The damper system is also electronically controlled through Normal and Sport modes on the Porsche active suspension management (PASM).

The GTS models come standard with PASM sport suspension that improves agility on the road, with the body sitting 10 mm lower than the standard chassis. You’ll also find rear-axle steering that improves maneuvering at low speeds and driving stability at higher speeds.

4. Distinctive Design

The muscular rear section and new HD-Matrix Design headlights with 4-point daytime running lights shape the 911’s distinctive look. In the base trim, you’ll find 19-inch or 20-inch Carrera wheels and an exhaust system with two tube tailpipe trims in stainless steel.

The GTS models feature a newly designed front fascia with aerodynamic elements such as adaptive air intake flaps. More specifically, the Carrera 4 GTS comes standard with 20-inch or 21-inch Carrera GTS wheels, a sport exhaust system with black tailpipes, and a GT sport steering wheel in race-tex with mode switches.
